Yes. The Sohl Assessment is an in-person clinical evaluation led by a physician, including labs, body composition, a mental wellbeing screening, and a skin analysis. Your results and care plan are reviewed with you one-on-one.

No. Your individual needs and the suitability of any care option should be discussed with a clinician during a consultation.

The Patient Portal is not active yet. Once the clinic’s electronic medical record (EMR) system is configured, the clinic will register each patient and the EMR will email their individual patient portal invitation. You do not need to create an account on this website. The clinic will share access instructions when the portal is ready.
