Accounts
Production accounts will be individual. Users must protect credentials, complete verification, and provide accurate nonclinical account information. Staff access will require role-based authorization and multi-factor authentication.
Membership and billing
Final plans, prices, benefits, trial rules, renewals, cancellation, pause, and refund policies are not yet approved. Production billing will use Stripe-hosted experiences and verified webhook state.
External services
Booking and Patient Portal actions may open approved third-party services. A handoff does not imply automatic sign-in or identical privacy practices. Final vendor terms and capabilities require review.
Acceptable use and changes
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malicious material, or misuse another person’s account. Final modification, disclaimer, liability, governing-law, and dispute terms require legal approval.
